This is wrong in manga bc she is not fat at all and that can only mean she is genetically large overall. If she does her sports daily she wont get fat everywhere even in real life thats just assuming. But being this big isnt possible in reality if you dont have gigantomastia. So yeah just a manga, if we are talking about reality around arai's already big enough and you wont get fat if you r doing sports and if they r all fat they ll go once you start losing weight.
