In fact Bandana knows about Kuruto's past and has been keeping watch over him.
The princess is basically the far end of belief where she's treating him like a god and anything he does is accepted as is.
Yurishia is the next one where she understands he's ridiculously OP, but don't want to be a leech reliant on his OP powers.
The other 2 are just entering into this.

Some chapters after this Mimiko will give him the proficiency test, tell him he's B or higher in most things (pretty good)

then after he leave turns around and tell the others "Yup, he's SSS in all of those"
