Honestly? Based on Mirika's design alone she would definitely be added to the harem. The author designed her to go well aesthetically with Saki and Nagisa.
Saki=hair down, Nagisa=ponytail, Mirika=twin tail.
Saki=thigh high socks, Nagisa=ankle socks, Mirika=knee socks.
Saki=red eyes, Nagisa=blue eyes, Mirika=green eyes. (RGB)

Also, @Menhir , your theory sadly has merit. Though I would suggest we consider there's only two "kanojo" in the title (not unlike something like "Haru to Midori"), and the other translations for the title emphasize the idea of only two girlfriends. But that might admittedly be my own wishful thinking.

Well if you look at the bowtie on the top of page 2 (or the multi coloured stars) then there is 5 colour schemes. Right now 3 colours are fulfilled based on the ties the girls are wearing. I'm pretty sure that Naoya's tie colour hasn't been revealed so it is likely to be 5 girls in the future.
