And within the story, it doesn't even make sense. He says the girl in the cover has an impossible body, but he literally knows someone just like that and runs into her a few panels later.
If the author was trying to be sarcastic, he didn't do a very good job.

But yeah, I agree, the chapters have been kind of repetitive.
