It really feels like this chapter and the previous one are meta chapters. Kaori seems like the author's self-insert, and just as she's having trouble coming up with a plot for an AV, the author seems to be struggling with the story too.

Though I've also seen mismatched numbers of comments vs actual comments so it's probably some moderation thing.

Kinda sucks that these chapters are still paid only on the app so we only get the reactions of people who spent actual money. It's only when chapters become free to view that you get the spicy discussions with hundreds of comments.

Yeah, it's a shame—and kind of weird. Both Young Magazine and the Weekly Shōnen Magazine app are owned by Kodansha, yet they still charge to read it on the app, while you can read it for free on the Young Magazine website.

Honestly i'm enjoying Kaori's story far more than Hidaka and Yoshioka's, if anything for the fact that she actually has feelings and displays emotions.
