iinm, they said in last chapter that the director was an AV director. It does made some of the staffs looking down on him like it’s a job without skill.
But it could also be his turn in career into more mainstream movie directing, something he would want a nice memory to look back. So hope the director is serious about this, and can save the lewd desires for after he gets more successful.

To be honest if you think about it Yoshioka already gained a lot of popularity for just being a Gravure model and showing on some tv series like that whatever kamen rider that is basically she's pretty much successful with her career, so if she ended up doing a passionate kissing scene or a sex scene, then that would be a huge contradictory to her current popularity and might back fire on her since people on Japan mostly male fans tend to like pure idols and would go on a depression mode after finding out their pure seiso idol got fucked by another guy. Its like those OF models who don't need to engage to doing sex yet still making millions of dollars each year. What I'm trying to say is she will naturally gain popularity from just doing Gravure model stuff or becoming an actress without doing any r18 scenes on a movie/series.

Author is definitely testing the waters ever since he made this playboy appear in chapter 90.
