And that's the end of volume 2! I am trying to put these chapters out quicker and quicker because I simply do not want to be entangled with this manga for longer than I must. I offer another proposition: three more weeks with three uploads a week, or no upload next week but you get all of volume 3 at once on the 26th? IK the math on that seems weird but it's bc I can group together each part of the process.

My disappointment in this manga grows with each chapter. I think i could look past a lot of the flaws if it weren't such a jarring disconnect between the writing and the actual story. The plot points make this seem like it should be a gritty or at least thriller focused horror, but the writing is fluffy and comedic. The whole flashback of Shirasagi in highschool makes him sound like someone's edgy self insert who's "hiding the monster inside" and it's hard to take him seriously.

Speaking for myself, I thought it began going downhill with the the introduction of the third character. He just seems to be a third wheel - completely unnecessary except as a prop to help the author go to a new plot point.

Here's mah long time pal who's also cool with the whole kidnapping thing.

Heya girl, put 'er there- never mind. ROAD TRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIP!!!

I just saw it as a net negative, but I understand author's usually work under a deadline. As far as the mish mash of genres goes... I thought it worked, more or less. It got me compelled to keep reading, at any rate. I'll withhold any further judgement until I see this through to the end, but I wasn't expecting too much from the start.

As for the release schedule, yeah, whichever works for you. I just read 'em as I see 'em.

We see his high school friend with both arms so I am wondering what is with the blood. Is his own or just a daydream.../

Whatever works for you. I am fine with either since I know that translating is hard work.
