I have nothing against Sumi (I actually really like characters like her) but the last thing this manga needs is more love rival bullshit. Rukia already feels pointless as a character and the MC is awful at interacting with human beings who aren't Mizuhara so I doubt she will offer anything of value to this story.

@doopy423 Im enjoying the story, but the MC goes from ok dude to total asshat, to total retard, to absolute cringe, in too many occasions. And the fact that he just up and forgot about heart disease girl like she was used tissue paper doesnt help at all.

Its really easy to hate on this because mc is doing everything wrong but he does not suffer any consequences . Everything in this manga is set to revolve around mc and mc is the only person in the whole role who can do something about it. This is just pathetic self insert fantasy on the author's part

Then MC's friend, now brimming with self confidence, comes in and cleans house with all of the girls for a double swerve harem ending.

Wrong, MC's friends do help more than mc helps himself. When MC does something it's either for himself or Mizuhara. Self insert is a meme word nowadays people throw around without knowing what it means.
