Haha, anime and manga in history has proved that this story will end with a painful heart.
They won't be able to accept that it was her or when the android knew abouit it they will overloaded.
The only one that i know that didn't end that way is probably Astro from Astroboy.

But Astro himself in his story meet one android that end up in tragic episodes after knowing that he was actually a copy made by his father to replace his death son.
