The story is unique too because mc went to a different high school instead of simply repeating the past.
Fmc is really cute. I hope we keep getting the hot adult version too.

Spoiler: I’m frankly ashamed by how little I remember

As of LN vol 2, she’s definitely aware of him but is still unsure whether it’s love or not (in other words, denial). Idk if there are more LNs beyond that though. She’s pining to be student council president (i think) to surpass her dickhead brother who’s a classic playboy but genuinely good business acumen type trope, but ran into a couple problems and had to be helped by MC. It’s very Roshidere where Yuki is Alya and MC is Masachika and there’s a bunch of drama with delinquents, student council stuff and family. Unfortunately haven’t read web novel yet. As of most recently he helped her and some other students escape from being blackmailed by a bunch of college delinquents while she’s struggling with managing student council responsibilities and fulfilling requests. I don’t predict it’ll end anytime soon.

Too bad Yuki isn't Yuki, that's my favorite girl in Roshidere

Ooooookay. Even with the spoilers providing more context, turns out the MC has some additional very good reasons for trying to give his wife a happier high school life. Partly to avoid whatever happened to cause that.

I also find it a little amusing how they sidestepped the whole "adult in a teenager's body making the moves on an actual teenager" by virtue of his wife literally wishing for it and making such a "what-if" request.

Even if she didn't who cares? What are we expecting from regression manga? That the MCs should not befriend or get together with anyone until they're both physically 18? After all, even being friends with kids as an adult is creepy isn't it?
