Oh, I know he is. I just feel like I needed to pont out that this is an even dumber than you previously described. Though, I think what this really is, more than stupidity, is a nasty combination of an inferiority complex, a childish tendency to lash out wildly when things don't go his way, intense paranoid delusion (possibly even outright psychosis), and a generous dash of all of the Seven Deadly Sins (except maybe gluttony), for spice. Not a good combo.
