For everyone wondering, yes the light novels keep going past this point. I imagine the author wrote the first arc as a complete story (with the last chapters as the end point) but due to the story's popularity decided to continue it, some other examples I can think of where this happened is Apothecary Diaries and Bakarina.

Either way, I saw someone else speculating that the demon Asmodeus (the one at the forefront of the demonic invasion a few centuries ago) might be our upcoming villain. I just hope otaku-chan is alright...

Volume 2 of the light novel recently got official English translation. Until before, the manga has been mostly adapted from volume 1. There are 7 JP volumes so far (or was it 8?)

From what I saw in the covers and synopsis, the mood for the rest of the volumes is similar, Philia and Mia progressing in their lives while encountering cases, mysteries, and troubles.
