They said "You can reshape your body into whatever you want" so I assume these have premade formulations that could just as easily turn you into a handsome man. If the author explores how radically this could affect society, as well as how a technology like that could be used for more than just cosmetics, it could get really crazy.

He could also do "well now that I'm a pretty girl I dont want to have sex with old men", and then all the old men start taking the drug to transform into something she likes.
