Ok look, cheating, consent, etc. etc. But like, I kind of enjoy that this girl, at least so far just seems like a complete ditz (also the title implies she is) without ulterior motives really, just no filter both verbal and physical.
You really shouldn't just "etc etc" on consent. Nobody should be given a pass simply because they're socially oblivious.

I didn't? I explicitly stated the word consent? The etc would be whatever other things I didn't think about - like sexual orientation, attraction - the list goes on. In no world is lack of consent or cheating ok in my book, but viewing this as a manga series that is clearly looking more from a comedic point of view I found the idea of this girl humorous.

Of course if these themes don't sit well with you that's totally fine - we all have levels of distate for certain topics or how they're presented. In this case I see it pretty innocently from a comedic point of view but that isn't necessarily the "correct" view - we each have a line. I personally can't stand non-con/dub-con in series that's trying to be serious (also why I avoid most yandere stuff)

I will say I'm not a fan of the implied consent in this story so far. First we have the boyfriend drag her even when she says stop it hurts and then try to force a kiss while we hear her thinking she doesn't really like it. Then we have our oblivious (?) girl who recognizes she didn't like the first guy but assumes that by her not being pushed away its fine to peck and then does it again forcing her tongue in her mouth.

When I checked the list of the artist's other works, I was reminded by how loosey-goosey she's been in the past with the concept of consent. And even if she isn't the direct author in this work, it's right up her wheelhouse all the same.

It would be really great if they develop the dumb girl as well, and make her realize that some of her behavior is wrong, and make the two of them change as the story go on.

instead of treating her like the pixie weird girl that save the main character.

This shite is quite good on the equality front, I see. She's getting unwanted affections forcing upon herself from both ends of the spectrum. Yey! I guess, I'll give it about 3 chapters. If the bf isn't dealt with by then, into the trash it goes.
I guess the general theme of yuri stories has gone to shit ever since that one LN/manga about "molesting your female friend until she likes it" became popular to the "wider audience".

Okay so first of, blondie gets a minus point for kissing without consent (only first one, since I feel like the second time she got kinda consent?), BUT she gets 100 points for preventing the guy from kissing MC (also without consent and in a way more sexual assault sense).

So far:
Blondie: 99 points
Guy: -100 points
