Huh, so she was their future daughter. Wasn't expecting that answer. (But that makes some of the moments between them kinda weird!)

Overall, not my favorite arc, glad its done and we can get back to other things.

I mean, she clearly already knew Oota and how to deal with him, and I’m like ninety percent sure that was Kashiwada there, and she looks kinda like a combination of their genetics, so I’m gonna say yeah, that’s their kid there.

If praying to the shrine can bring grandma back as a child to fish together, I don't see why their future daughter can't go back in time with the same method. Future Kashiwada or relatives like her young cousin can tell her about it/
