Hahaha, to reread the chapter starting with "don't you go expecting to get anything in return" is hilarious. He prepared a whole bunch of things for her.
Actually, I guessed from the beginning that grubs were chocolate. It's somehow common trope. Though I have to admit, isopod confused me a little. But after some googling I saw, that it's almost impossible to get such isopod for real. And yeah, that equals to 3 sweets.
Oota going "what is this" after all his pretentious speech about the final level...my, he never learns.
Also, dejected Kashiwada hurts my heart.
But how well she knows him at this point. She even determined the right pocket.
And yes, if you find someone who can cook your least favourite food the way that it's tasty for you, marry that person without second thought

I hope the teach won't mess things up with his misunderstanding in the future...

@Swankeaboo but wait, those guys have their point. Constant tries to "do something bad to Kashiwada" indeed are annoying. If author wasn't keeping all Oota's pranks totally harmless, things would have turned ugly pretty quick.
