IIRC, a female teacher (homeroom teach?) kept badmouthing Chidori in one of the early chapters. I hope there isn't any bullshit like trying to force Kaoruko to dump Rintaro to avoid expulsion or something.

I imagine the biggest pushback won't come from the other students but the teacher. We already established that her homeroom teacher was one of the biggest enemies of the boys school and I think this chapter clearly set up that glasses girl might come to her defence since she smiled as the girls left. So this sets up kaoruko entering the classroom to get an earful from the teacher until she stands up for herself and slowly gains allies in the room.

I think it's pretty funny that characters in this comic are so direct and emotionally honest with each other in a way youd never see from real people, but that's not a bad thing at all. It's the entire appeal, lol.

I'm also always glad when a heroine gets to put her foot down and be proud of a relationship. Super satisfying chapter in that regard.

somehow I think of a plot where Rintaro's whole class will make some kind of "support show" that can be seen from Kaoruko's classroom so that everyone can reconcile nicely

that or it will be a whole lot of spice for a couple chapters first
