Good so far 🤔 Excited to see how it develops.
Weird 'verse; it's basically Omegaverse without the childbearing potential. I'm curious to see if the author can take the story someplace different. I do have reservations about the setting, though. Omegaverse is used as a way to justify rape in yaoi and I feel like this 'verse could be used to justify abuse.

imo this story really lacks bdsm. It just has abuse juxtaposed with normal sex, which is super disappointing. Not even an abusive sexual relationship either. Literally just abuse. His dom doesn't dominate him at all. i feel kink shamed by the author.
this is the only time I've been in this verse and it makes no sense. It's omegaverse if omegaverse came with stricter rules. no one ones to dominate, not one wants to submit. They just decided jewelry was neccessary. the collar is basically just a wedding ring at best. Through the subs entire heat, no dom/sub stuff goes on and they're happy with it. Why are people doing this? When doms and subs appeared why did people decide that collars and bdsm should happen. No one acts like a sub or a dom either. People only know through scent. There should be a permit.
