This chapter name is called "Promise" (name as such at Yen Press version and last segment of Season 2 Episode 11). And in the Volume 7 release of this chapter, there is a face change on Takagi, not too sure on Nishikata as his change might seem less obvious than Takagi. By the way, this chapter shouldn't even be a .5 chapter (it listed as 28.5 originally) or extra chapter as the original release of Takagi-san was at Mini Gessan from 2013 to early 2016 before the series start to serialized at Monthly Shonen Sunday at July 2016.

One last thing, the original release date of this chapter was at April 2015.
