It's ends the same way as the original hentai, no difference at all except for maybe some scenes and the artstyle of course. Honestly, I hoped for something different or at least a happier ending, because why else would they make a new version which seems softer for me at least.

I did check just pictures of the raws a long time ago and seems that in few chapters
that playboy guy takes blonde to some locker room and asked FMC to come and she followed while MC saw all that, so MC thinks FMC cheated on him and then he keeps distance from FMC, later we see that she refused having sex with the playboy guy so MC assumed wrong about her cheating.
It does end a little different then the hentai since in hentai she fucks or is in relationship with a shop owner (thats when both MC and her are adult) and in this manga we can see she i still in that shop with that shop owner and MC goes in and sees her (getting a bonner or so when he leaves since he is some NTR freak) after MC leave shop owner wife comes from some storage or so and we can kinda assume FMC isn't sleeping with that shop owner. So both of them end up alone instead of just MC being alone like in hentai. That other lookalike girl is shown writing sth on her laptop in some caffe not sure if she writes this story or what since i couldn't translate anything that made sense with the app.

Just read chap 49 and 50 (was too lazy to make alts and read the chapters before) because of this comment lmfao and this is true and when she rejected playboy™ she did say she had someone special (might be wrong as I was using google images to get by.) and when MC asked her to go out to talk with her MC assumed she slept with playboy™ when they saw them and blondy go to the storage room and it just clicked to her that maybe the guy she likes is a massive cuck.
