Just name the most vile rapist villain in the movie exactly after that Kaoru fellow, and even make him look alike. What would Mr. Hook Eyebrows director do about it? Glare some more? After that, whenever people heard the name Hamada Kaoru or saw his face, they would only think of a reall nasty villain from a movie.
