Found this randomly in a Toranoana and read through vol. 1 and the chapters available in comic walker.
Actual spoilers, if anyone wants to know:

His dad has been transferred somewhere remote and his mom and little sister are extremely eccentric weirdos who can't do chores at all, so he seems to fulfill the role of mom in their household both in housework and emotionally. Him being mumzoned is probably a common ocurrence by now.
And as soon as chapter 5 and 6, Karin-chan already lays down really strong clues she likes him, although the "mom" gag persists. No joke, right after pulling one of those "You're so dense, senpai..." moments in ch.9, she actually gives him tickets for a shoulder massage, which is both kinda funny and really cute.
