Honestly, biggest issue with the story is how it overexaggerates all the characters. Such as the bookcase falling on the MC. How the one man gets mad at her, despite her being the one underneath the bookcase and the sister standing there perfectly fine. Like I feel that is a bit much.

you are reading a manhwa,in manhwa/manga such things aren't unusal and especially in fantasy it's the norm,it's what make the genre more interesting unless it's a problem you have with the whole genre.

also how is the bookcase falling on MC an exaggeration? her sister was leaning on them heavily,so it's normal it would fall,it's why bookases are usally put facing the wall so they don't fall, however it's a middle age library where such frail bookcases are everywhere in the library and where such extensive safet procedures aren't extensive and such accidents do happen.

also the reason the doctor got mad is because he didn't like mc was roaming in such a place where such accidents can happen since he know the sister likes to roam around her,he was blinded by his dead sister similarity and thought "she should roam only in safe places so her sister who follow her will be safe, she is at fault for roaming in dangerous place and should be reprimanded for it while the sister is not at fault"

also i've seen and heard IRL of such cases where 2 sibiling/2 peoples got into trouble, one of them got hurt while the other is fine but they would flock to the fine one since he's younger/more delicate...ect. it's a thing that happen and this being middle age nobles story it's more likely (like how her parents are very cold towards her and prefer her sibilings while she takes an emotional trauma due to it,things like that also happen now and again in middieval noble families are 100× more likely to happen since such children back then are usually treated as political tools)
