"Mens" is an instant giveaway since native or experienced speakers rarely make that kind of mistake. Other than that, you make a lot of grammatical errors and use unnatural sentence structures. 3 years can be enough to train your English to a passable level but is nowhere near enough to make your English sound natural. Hell, I'm also ESL and have been learning this language for 19+ years and I still sound like a dumbass from time to time.

All in all, your first attempt is quite ok. If you're interested in doing more scanlation work, getting a proofreader can be beneficial.
