Depends on her height. Probably not an ideal weight for the average Japanese woman?

Though Kuroki is right; diet is important, but exercise is probably moreso. I mean, you need both, but burning more calories than you take in and building enough muscle to burn said calories is critical.

One thing is that Japanese women are very short, which skews the numbers, in some cases quite a bit (there are all these 42 - 46 kg short VTuber girls).
Another thing is that Japanese girls and women are a bit (too) obsessed with being thin. I mean, it's healthier than being obese, but at the same time, it can be easily too extreme in the other direction - and there indeed are some reports about it being a bit more serious than "just a trend" over the years.

appreciate the reply, but I’m actually very much familiar with asian and also specifically japanese beauty standards haha. Obesity isn’t healthy, but thinness doesn’t mean “healthier” either - and yes, an obsession with weight (especially with women specifically) is a serious issue ingrained in japanese society that heavily affects all women and girls. The way the topic is treated in media (with unrealistic weight to height ratios) is one reflection of that, which is what I was trying to bring attention to. I wouldn’t use vtuber girls as reference for what is normal for japanese women.
