I agree that would be hella shitty, but I don't see this going that route. I reckon he just wanted a titmonster rival to balance against the pettanko. Also probably because he thought "WE CAN GO BIGGER" and his editor probably said "do your worst".

I’m not so sure with all the “sharing” talk that’s been floating around so far. Like miss Kouhai saying it’s fine for him to flirt with other girls, and the lack of any REAL push back against the girl who wants a throuple
