I have bought the Japanese 3 book guys was just super curious. if you want to know spoilers I'm posting them rn in the comments if u don't loom away. BTW I do not speak Japanese this is all speculation from the pictures...

She is still trapped and very much in love with her kidnapper, he holds something dear in her heart and the husband notices it. It also gives a back ground to how the husband found out she keeps him like this and why she takes care of him. The ending of the manga (not the end end just the final pages i mean) is very disturbing because she is holding him as he freaks out. And it shows when she spends time with her man she is also thinking of things that the kidnapper and her used to do that she considered romantic. And the kidnapper looks at the husband like yeah she is still mine. She still wants me even though i was a complete psycho. She mentally fell for him and has a sort of Stockholm symptoms. We get a back story on how they met as models as well before they marry

I feel like crying right now because...(sigh) is that thinking in your mind its like a crazy guy likes her and she was happy about it but now she is going to be sad and live her life with him while he is a dog in the closet and her husband like really really crazy well kinda love all over the book but I dont like it when someone kills each other when they like each other and when they married its just messed up😔
