Matsumoto Jiro's style is always refresing to read, but stories are just plain silly, yet not boring, dont expect much and you can enjoy this freaky world. The last story is definitly cute

Don't be deterred by the first two stories, which are just horrible. "Give and Take" is also really bad. But the rest are either passable or good. The mangaka's favorite story is "Sanpol and Krezol," but my personal favorite was "Hardboiled Sakata."
