Problem is that I think Kasane meant "as your sister" while Meguru is wanting "as my lover". Which Kasane also wants, but IIRC she's trying to be "good" for Meguru and suppress that (thus the "gutter" notebook scene later.)

At any rate Meguru heard "as your sister" and doesn't want that.
