Every slave is basically a sex slave at base.
It's their other qualifications that make them different.
Even the Milf that MC got is a sex slave. Other than that, the only other common point that the women in the group had was that they were all educated and could handle calculations.

Which is why they had much better appearance, since you can buy any slave for sex or labour, but educated (or some other skill) ones value more.

But the Woman flinching because of it could be related to the fact that people might not buy her because of her past (truth or lie, a past like that would case issues).

I mean, while that specific Slave Trader doesn't badly treats the slaves under him, but that doesn't mean everyone of the slaves would want to live like that. So, bringing up any point regarding their past which could hamper their sale is going to cause some of them issues.
