So the real joke here (probably) is that she is not mimicking Naked Snake; she is mimicking another role of his japanese voice actor. That role being Anavel Gato of Mobile Suit Gundam 0083. He has a big famous scene where he yells "SOLOMON, I HAVE RETURNED" before he super nukes a giant assembled space ship fleet into stardust.
