To avoid the trap, you have to enter as a group, and each individual has to have a different appeal point towards the movie (Arai-san liked Hat-kun while Fennec liked Raccoon Dog, the herbivore thought the movie was scary while the carnivore thought that it could use more violence). This disperses the amount of appeal to each individual, enabling you to escape.

Adding onto the explanation, the reason Carnivore-chan realized this was a trap is because she realized all the posters were appealing to her very specific tastes, meaning it had to be luring her in. So it's implied that if you have really extreme or unusual tastes, you might actually be able to notice the trap easier.
