One of the earlier chapters showed Carnovore-chan bringing Herbivore-chan's corpse to the cloning room, then lying to her that she'd fallen asleep there again. Then she takes her to play a "hunting game". So she pretty clearly kills, eats and clones Herbivore-chan on a regular basis, but Herbivore-chan never remembers it.
