No, no. Its just an anomalous TV broadcast. Starts off normal, quickly devolves into a mess and tries you lure you to floor 2-B-5-8. I don't know how anyone would go there considering what we see, but it might be a cognito hazard considering Fennec said that it was "nothing". My best guess is that floor 2-B-5-8 is a fake escape and leads to the fake town we see in the TV broadcast and that the guy saying "This world is artificial" was a previous explorer.

I don't think it was a cognito hazard, more like Fennec feint ignorant to Raccoon to hide the fact that she commited horrible crime just like the TV said

still inclined that those are fake news specifically targeting her, especially how the lure came with "we can prove your innocence so come to this floor" and having 2 nice but actually awful character would be redundant with carnivore-chan (notice that the out of character of a friend are abubu's oc compared to raccoon, fennec and serval (the one who tried to escape))
