The author named his chapters like:
4.1
4.1 (part 2)
4.2
5
5.3
5.3 (part 2)

We have to add a second decimal in order for online readers to put them in correct order. It gives the results you see.

Trust me, we were confused too and it took us a while to find the exact page the other group left off.
