He works making 3DCG anime, so it seems he has repurposed some of his tools to make this manga, you can read on one of his tweets about how difficult is for him to make manga for the first time because that is a change on his typical workflow. Besides this manga is only for the people watching the anime, so if you want to read the first chapter of this manga then you need to watch at least the first episode of the anime.

Before someone begs the question, it seems that the third chapter was the last chapter, because there was not a new chapter on the Ultra Jump 2019-05 Issue released on April 19th and there was not a "To be continued" at the end of the third chapter. So I will change the status of this series to completed until new notice, but I doubt that status will change.
