I think the title of this chapter (“マットプレイ”) is best translated as “Mattress Play”. You might think “Mat Play”, but no, the “mat” in question is a mattress, not a mat—an air mattress to be specific; you can see it clearly on Pages 9 & 11–13—and “mat” is not an equivalent for “mattress” (at least in current English; that clipping could spring up in the future). The scanlator went with “Lotion Play”, as you can see. They're similar activities, and “lotion play” is a more established term in English, so I can see why they did it, but I just think it's an unnecessary change, especially since “ローションプレイ” [lotion play] is a word, and that's not what was used. Oh well.
