Not accurate, but okay. Believe in the power of some rocks all you want vs. guys who can leap over the walls or punch through them, making them absolutely useless. I've stated my piece already.

Why cant shin just blow the whole damn place up
(Dis)honourable Demons, unknowingly giving the grateful & crafty youth of the Ultimate Magicians free life & combat lessons since the last demonic generation.
@stanfromis_9 @Freshguac this isn't Shin-exclusive solo-leveling method into godhood kinda manga. It's essentially:-
1. These Ultimate Magicians need the rest of the human countries to witness the demon's rapid rise after the downfall of the old empire with their own two ignorant eyes & one smol brain, then handle the endurance battle themselves.
2. This isn't just Shin's new world for the taking. Shin doesn't aspire to conquer the whole world by & for himself.
3. They're looking for the suicidal priest & co first before launching their side of purge.
@mahtan they were spying & studying Shin & co for ages diligently before this, remember? Sometimes they're discovered, but the other times they managed to assimilate themselves in human population flawlessly. Other than that, I can bet it's because they evolved into demonhood that they're able to accumulate so much magical power, so doing magical things come naturally for them, even more so after they studied the humans. These bunch under Strom are all frighteningly quick & strong, including their evolved brain.

My point was that the story had gone out of it's way to say that even witnessing the spell it is still something impossible to visualize and do, so much that the Sage being able to do it is used to show Shin that anyone can do what he does and that he is not "weird".
If the reason you gave was enough to do it then all the UM should be able to do it at this point and yet only Shin and the Sage are able to.
