Hello, I hope you are well, I'm having a problem with my K500-B61 keyboard, in case it is very compact and has 61 keys and is in the ANSI layout, I changed the settings to the format "United States (International)", but the right shift is not working, all the other keys work, except it, when I click on it instead of SIFT is typed \, and the other keys work but there is already a key that types \ and is working normal, would anyone know how to solve and make the right shift work as it should?
