Huh, so it seems that the Keyman with the lightning bolt sunglasses (and previously, the Left Hand of Death or The Hand of Judgement) is known as Phantom. We've discovered that many of the current Keymen are actually children, but I wonder if that's case with Phantom, seeing as he seems to have some hidden objective in hunting down other Keymen.
