As far as I know, it resumed publishing in Japan on 2017/2/17 in Young Gangan with chapter 60. But I can't find any raws beyond that new chapter. The official twitter hasn't been active since 2017/1/31 either. While Kyoichi Nanatsuki's twitter is still active and recently posted as of 2018/4/19 that they lost a briefcase with a manga manuscript in it.

"News on ARMS PEDDLER

Hello, so this is the lastest news on ARMS PEDDLER [ KIBA NO TABISHOUNIN].

I asked the author Kyoichi Nanatsuki on Twitter yesterday (21th January 2024) about the state of the manga ARMS PEDDLER, because it’s been some years now since the latest issue. And there’s no official news, so no one knows if it was cancelled or not.

So the author told me IT’S NOT CANCELLED. It’s on a indefinite hiatus because of the health of manga artist Night Owl. The author is still waiting to go back to it, he even put Garami on his profile picture to show that he’s always thinking about it.

He told me that he started a novel about ARMS PEDDLER at the end of 2023. So very recently. Then he shared some pages on his twitter (as seen on the screen).

We have to keep believing !"
