I skimmed through the story again after my initial read because I thought I missed something. None of the MC's girls get brutally raped. Now some of them do get assaulted, but they usually get bailed out before they are penetrated. There are only 2 girls that I can think of who fall into NTR category, but I think the MC would be considered the one doing it in their case. Not to mention this manga kind of goes beyond Harem category since this man has more women than Rentaro Aijo.
