It's all Delling's fault. In the end, he lost almost everything. Even the SAL tried to kill him and the Beneritt Group. If not for his daughter-in-law (open for interpretation) and her 'monster', all of L4 will be sacrificed for a few peoples' profits.

He has a goatee he has to be evil. Also I think of him kind of like a fixer who Zenelli and the others called in to do what they would have gotten someone else to do, because GUND was actually killing people and probably should have had more oversight (hopefully the middle ground between allowing them to get away with murder and murdering them)

There is truth in his justification. While his method is drastic, there are only so many ways you can justify sacrificing the user's lives for advancing GUND for human lives on space, especially considering mobile suit doesn't even require GUND to be used. In other shows, it's very easy to see the people supporting it as cultist.

Lol, people non-ironically think that Delling got some karma or vice versa justify him. Even directly calling his crimes, especially the murders, "justified." Although even he himself believed that the murder could not be justified. Not that the show itself takes care of that (Season 2 is especially infamous for justifying arranged marriages, ignoring their own messages and for not punishing most of the villains.), but lol. Also, I find it funny that people have spent a lot of time and effort on scanning and translating all kinds of doujinshi, but only now they have taken up the actual manga based on G-Witch. It is immediately clear that people are primarily interested in this title.
