I don't remember the name, but there was another group doing this manga earlier. They had a fair bit of chapters up. I guess they must have pissed off staff in a major way, since there isn't even an option for "show unavailable chapters" here. They just got completely deleted

Mc never has been Leveled before so they don't actually have a level, if we were go throw in a guess we can say Mc is the same as a Lv 8 maybe even 9 BUT its only similar to them without being them (Mc never stated anything about levels in the other world so till stated otherwise Mc is Lv 0 to me).

Because he's definitely above level 7 since he still doesn't struggle against them. So the skill going from unleveled to level 7 as an upgrade felt off
