On a more serious note I remember wondering that early on in the story when she first found out and also again when she found the book from the last player MC but the story has gotten so good I forgot. How does she have the concept of games and everything? Surely video games and things like this didn't exist in their time period. Maybe board games but I don't think they were that involved to have system prompts/cards telling you what to do.

How did she pick up in the concept of games so quickly? No one else could.
