Considering they have over the top technology that repairs missing limbs and organs, all of Pure's injuries seem so superficial. Like, in any other battle series, her arm coming off would've been such a terrifying situation. Here? It's as bad as if she trimmed her nails or bit the inside of her cheek. Even still, can we just have one of the two die already? This author is a master of dragging things on and on and on and on and on. Just get to the part where the overly hyped up dromaeosaur rips Pure's guts out, or the part where Pure bites Koyomi's neck and tears her artery. Or hell, let Ratel interrupt and steal (back) the glory; Killing Bites was 100x better when it was about Ratel.

Don’t get me wrong, I do like Pure to an extent, but she’s plainly just not as cool, interesting, or even as compelling as the author is very clearly trying to force her to be in the minds of the audience; especially when you compare her to Hitomi.
This confrontation has been going on for like 11 chapters and hard focus has been on it for 5 in a row and I’m just thinking “yeah I know it’s the final fight of the tournament, but can we wrap this up?”

Not a fan. Scanlation is already a grey area many artists feel robs them of income. To double down and rob other completely unrelated artists as well is a pretty dick move if your goal is to just promote interest.

First of all, the age old corporate line (and it is a corporate line) of piracy = lost sales has never been proven ever, so I don’t personally give a damn what someone duped into buying that line “feels” about the issue.
Secondly, AI chatbots are not even remotely the same as AI art so it makes no sense to conflate the two along the lines of training data. Tell me, who has been robbed?
