Of course the author HAD to add a nuisance to the mix. Couldn't just have an slave girl from another world being fixed from some guy and feelings develop. No. We need another unrequited lovebird who will most likely throw bitchfits. Just my assumption, but I can't see it going into any other direction.

I don't know about that, but this male lead is very frustrating to watch. Like, I get that he's somewhat socially awkward because he's so focused on his studies, but I also feel like he uses that as a crutch to not improve his communication skills based on how often he calls himself a 'bookworm'. As though doctors don't require good communication skills to talk to their patients.

He's gonna have a rough time in his field if he can't get over that.

I thought from previous chapters that our MC was just a little awkward and being put into situations that were just a little advanced for him (leaving aside the whole reverse isekai thing). But, no, we have another stupid allergic-to-his-own-sexuality protag terrified not only that he might be a normal male doing normal male things but that others might even just PERCEIVE him as being a healthy male.

Ugh.

This, seriously. Why does this dweeb need to shout every two seconds? He gets flustered extremely easily and makes a scene out of everything. Are MCs like this one actually liked in Japan?

yeah I'm getting real tired of a male MC tropes like this, plus this MC also seems to have low self-esteem trope too just like other typical romcom male MCs which tires me out

He's such a fucking spaz, man. I feel like the idea here is that we're supposed to find it cute how low her expectations are and how he helps her start living a normal life, and that his awkwardness is supposed to be a source of humor as well as help equally awkward readers relate to him. But, the thing is, at this level, he's just super egocentric, always putting his own perceived humiliation above everything else. He can't just let her enjoy a new experience in peace, and instead he's so fucking freaked out at being in a public location and being seen by other people that he has to throw a huge tantrum and drag her out of there. That's not cute, funny or relatable, it's just being a douchebag.
