It doesn't feel like this author intends to write nonsense characters so I don't expect this friend to be "trouble" in that sense or used to "get them together" in an antagonist way. She feels more like another person on a unique journey. I'm only wondering what her conclusion will be. Anyway, I can't wait to for our main two's private retreat next chapter.

I honestly thought she was gonna end up with Prez, but that was me jumping the gun halfway through their conversation in the SC room in this chapter.
I think she'll have to square her own feelings and whether she makes a serious play for Yuka, potentially disrupting her current relationship with her childhood friend, or if she'll let "that part" of her slide, and simply do her best to work through her feelings without making waves.
At present, I don't believe we have an odd number of characters who are important enough to "pair off"; maybe Mitsuki's senpai? Though she's only really factored in as a "past force" on Mitsuki, and there's zero interaction between the two of them to do more than make wild guesswork of it.

I'm looking forward to this next chapter, though. Even Haru can see Mitsuki's feelings for Yuka, so hopefully the senpai herself clues in before too long. Though I'm of the opinion that she knows what she feels, and just ...can't express it aloud. Maybe because she's worried about her own reputation affecting Yuka?
And if that's the case -- the Prez coming in and working to help rehabilitate Mitsuki's image to the school & town would go a long way toward that end. I feel like that's already in the works, narrative-wise, after Prez met up at Mitsuki's cafe, so.
But this little "private retreat" as you call it will hopefully push Yuka & Mitsuki a bit further along together. Yuka being the brave, proactive one who reaches out first kinda feels like it'd be appropriate, with Mitsuki hesitating (because of her reputation), and Yuka having to convince her she's doesn't care, and wants her senpai anyway.

Can't wait to find out if I'm right nor not, haha

Wouldn't surprise me if this ends in a handful of chapters. Feels more like tying up loose strings than setting up new drama.

Prez came to a conclusion already and other than that she barely had any impact at all until now with no actual deeper connection to anyone (even Nanase) and I honestly do not think that she will be of any relevance to the story again.
Yuka's friend might confess and be turned down. Honestly can't see the author have her socially suicide at this point, even more so after everything that went down just before.
And the Nanase situation is mostly cleared up even if it just started improving. Can't think of anything other than the mains talking it out finally being left tbh
