Naah, prez is the kind of person to silently crush on someone they don't feel worthy of, but never actually follow through with anything because they're too righteous to want to mess up other people's lives . . . Particularly in this situation where our main couple are clearly not only falling for each other, they're actually good for each other.

Though there may well be more to it than that, and I'm not exactly sure she's actually realised she's crushing on Yuka . . . or she's only realising it just now, as she's seeing Yuka falling in love and starting to recognise the signs. Still, it really doesn't feel like a love triangle thing.
