If you feel shamed and bad for being fat you either eat more which is a mental condition or lose some weight. There's no reason to go out of your way to make fun of someone but it's actually pretty easy to shame yourself. Look in a mirror naked, see your gross body, get motivated to change it. If you look at yourself and don't feel ashamed you either don't care about being unhealthy, have been brainwashed by mostly skinny people that your body is fine or are lying to yourself.
